We do not deal in physical goods or shipped products. Therefore, concepts such as “returns,” “exchanges,” or product condition do not apply.
All services — including customized nutrition plans, workout routines, and one-on-one coaching — require significant time investment and individualized effort from our team. Once these services begin, they cannot be returned, paused beyond the stated limits, or refunded.
Once payment is made, your program slot is reserved and resources are allocated. The program officially begins once onboarding is completed (diet recall, form submissions, or coaching kickoff).
There will be no refunds under the following situations:
Only clients enrolled in our Daily Check-In Program are eligible for a pause of up to 15 cumulative days over the full program duration (e.g., due to illness or emergencies). This must be discussed and approved in advance with your coach.
Clients on Basic Weekly Check-In Plans are not eligible for pauses or extensions, and any missed time will count toward program duration.
All coaching services are customized for each individual and are strictly non-transferable.
You cannot transfer your plan to someone else, nor can unused time or sessions be credited toward future services.
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered only if requested before the coaching program begins. All such requests are subject to a thorough review by our team.
Each case will be evaluated individually, and Resilient Fitness reserves the exclusive right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
If approved, the refund—whether partial or full—will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date of confirmation.
